Hatha flow Teacher: Anita A yoga class that is recommended for those who have had some yoga experience, however still open to all. This class will focus on movement, longer holding of the postures to build strength, alignment, breath awareness, allowing movement to be a practice of mindfulness and meditation. Class will include breathing exercises and short meditation in the tradition- al Hatha yoga style.
