In our Level 1 Workshop, you will learn:

• Meditation tips and tricks for staying centered and opening your awareness
• Breathing techniques to generate more Chi energy
• Creating your own Sacred Space
• Introduction to the Chakras, Auras, and Energy Fields
• Mediumship and Psychometry

Open your awareness and practice your skills of Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, and Clairsentience. Also, learn the techniques to practice a mediumship reading at the end of the workshop.
