August Sound Bath on the Sand (Belmont Shore)

*RSVP's are appreciated so we get a general idea of how to set up but feel free to share and invite whoever may be interested- All are welcome!
Join us for our monthly sound bath in Belmont Shore on July 10, 2023.
You'll see us set up on the beach in front of the Belmont Shore Pier parking lot to the left of the pier
(Address to parking lot is 3998 E Allin St- parking is free after 6pm)
* Bring Yoga mat/blankets/chairs- whichever you prefer for comfort and warmth. Body temps fluctuate as we move energy.
* Sound Bath starts at 7pm (7:05 in case we have a few late arrivals but please try and arrive 10 -15 minutes early if possible so you can pick your spot and set your intentions- if you're late just come and set up anyway- no worries- no stress!)
* We usually wrap up at 8 but always welcome people to hang out for a few after if they need more time to integrate.
* Suggested Donation $11- $22
* No one will ever be turned away due to limited funds. This is a SAFE SPACE FOR ALL.
* Venmo and cash accepted.

Fun Facts-
We are a trio- Christy, Nikki, and Devon
You'll notice that we have the all-inclusive pride flag on every flyer and that is because:
* Two of our members are part of the LGBTQ+ community and our third is an amazing, loving, and supportive ally ( in today's world it is necessary to highlight this)
* Devon is also non-binary (they/them pronouns). Their experience in feeling both/ neither genders resulted in often feeling like they didn't have a place in the spiritual community, so we strive to create the place in which everyone feels welcome- we want to celebrate masculine/feminine energy and everything in between and beyond.
* We have a mission to create the ultimate safe space for everyone- it doesn't matter who you are- we just ask that you come with an open heart and a desire to co-create a loving and accepting space for all of us.
