What equipment do you own?

Nikon D90 and D40 and an assortment of Nikon and Sigma lenses. I also have begun to collect speedlights and some studio lighting equipment.

What type of photography do you enjoy most (nature, street-life, studio, landscape, etc)?

Although I am vaired in what I shoot, I've found I'm particularly drawn to street photography and portraiture. I'm hoping to discover rentable studio space to expand my experience in the portrait and product areas.

How long have you been doing photography? All levels are welcome.

I've renewed a years ago interest and experience about a year ago after purchasing a digital DSLR.

What should we do at meetups? (free forum disscusion, contests, review and critique our own work, organize photo trips, etc.)? Please provide as much feedback as you can.

I enjoy learning the craft, so I would lean towards bringing in folks who can provide teaching sessions and/or workshops on particular areas.

What type of computer software and computer do you use?

PS CS3; Adobe Lightroom; Photomatix, nik software

I've jumped back into about a year ago after a long period away. I started when much younger, did my own darkroom work, and then drifted away. With the advent of digital, I've rediscovered a new passion for the craft.
