• Retired Police Officer of 13 years and retired USAF military officer of 35 years.
• Former Mayor of Cinnaminson, NJ.
• Real estate investor and licensed agent who currently operates in NJ and Pittsburgh, PA with single-family homes.
• Former Real Estate Investment Coach for Tarek El Moussa. Bud still teaches the BRRRR method, Small Commercial Multifamily Analysis, Property Management, and Velocity and Infinite banking.
• Currently, Bud has underwritten over $100 million in deals and has created a personal real estate portfolio of over $10 million.
• Bud was the President of and operated 8 subordinate companies ranging from property management to hair salons.
