Yoga flow class (intermediate)
In this intermediate, 90 min yoga flow class, we explore classical yoga postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama). Vinyasa yoga moves steadily from pose to pose in sequences of movements synchronized with the breath, often pausing to hold poses for various lengths of time while maintaining the rhythmic flow of the the breath. The studio is fully equipped. Yoga mats and a range of props are provided. Well, see you on the mat.

This group is for everyone who wants to practice yoga outdoors. If you are a total beginner or an experienced YogIni, practising yoga surrounded by Southsea`s natural beauty just adds this extra bit of gorgeousness to your practice. It is the precious sensations nature has to offer that anchor us in the present moment and connects us with the beauty surround us.
