We will discuss different applications and techniques to estimate demand for municipal services, with speakers talking about machine perception and satellite images, as well as a brief tutorial on using Alex Krizhevsky's cuda-convnet (https://github.com/dnouri/cuda-convnet).

As usual, we will try to encourage audience participation and interaction as much as possible.
