On the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month, we host a meditation and discussion group in our home. Both new learners and experienced practitioners welcome!

This begins with a partially-guided 20 minute breathing/mindfulness meditation, followed by a discussion on various topics. These topics are inspired by contemplative practices such as Buddhism, Taoism, and even western philosophies such as ancient Stoicism; as well as concepts in modern science that illuminate our practice further.

In this discourse, we encourage everyone to share their own personal challenges, and support one another in practice. We also try to maintain an atmosphere of patience, tolerance, listening, and sharing - rather than a debative style of speaking.
