Learning 3D modelling in Blender 2.63 as we create a fairly simple scene, by the end of the workshop you will have made a room with a door, table, and various items to populate the room with, I will even take suggestions on items to place in the scene. After the demonstration there will be time to work on your own thing, and I will come around to assist and answer questions.
This workshop will be structed a little differently than the last with very little supplimetal materials, instead, there will be a quick reference sheet for keyboard shortcuts, and a "tips and tricks" sheet to address ways to simplify some actions, or clarify ambiguity.
I will have one spare laptop, and several spare numberpads and three button mice. It is ideal to have the program installed ahead of time. This workshop has a page on the Splat Space Wiki:http://wiki.splatspace.org/index.php/Blender_3D_Modelling_and_Animation .
I look forward to seeing everyone, and I am fairly confident that I have all of the "bugs" worked out that cropped up in the first workshop.
