OUR LODGING IN MÉRIBEL MOTTARET
Residence Odalys “Le Hameau du Mottaret” is a ski in-ski out appartment complex to avoid any type of shuttle, you can get back straight from the slopes to your apartment. Apartments range from studios to 2 bedroom apartments and there will be 2 or 3 people per room. We won't be using the living room to sleep even though it has bedding, so it stays free to serve as a common living area instead of a bedroom (but still comes in handy in case someone prefers to go sleep there in the middle of the night)
THE BEGINNER AREAS
All across Les 3 Vallées, beginners’ areas are being transformed into “Easy Rider” zones (indicated in pink on the piste map). The new “Les 3 Vallées Easy Rider” label was designed to offer inexperienced skiers wide pistes with gentle slopes. The perfect way of discovering the joys of winter sports ! The beginner's areas are vast but there are also a great array of blue runs connecting you to the rest of the valleys when you feel like exploring beyond.
HOW IS IT LIKE FOR EXPERTS SKIERS AND SNOWBOARDERS
For experts there's not much more we can say, it's just so varied the range of runs that it would be impossible to get bored of this domain even if we were to stay here a full winter. The off piste backcountry is a vast and never ending mountain paradise, unspoilt and beautiful where you freeriders and adventure lovers will quench their thirst.
