Do you have some Spring 2017 races planned?
While most people will wait till January to "get serious" about training, why not start build up your strength foundation before the new year begins. Winter is a great time to get this started.
We will meet for 45 minutes with a warm-up, a tiny bit of instruction, and we will run for 30 minutes, followed by some running specific strengthening exercises for 10-15 minutes.
**Headlamp REQUIRED. We will be in the trails so trail shoes recommended as well as appropriate weather gear for the time of year/conditions. We go rain or snow etc.
Only requirement is the ability to run or power walk for 30-45 minutes.

Be sure to bring the essentials for the noted time/distance we are going out for and wear appropriate clothing for the weather/conditions.
