America's Water Crisis Part 1

Details
America has a significant water crisis on its hands. You have read about New Orleans and California. This is the tip of the iceberg. There is more to know.
There are three major aspects to this crisis: Availability (shortage), Quality, and Fire Prevention & Control.
If the current trends continue (AND THEY ARE EXPECTED TO DO JUST THAT) the prices of food and many other products will have to go up over the next several years.
In this meetup we discuss the shortage. Later we will discuss Quality and Fire Prevention & Control.'
