Meetup Description: Hello Everyone,

I have 2 person from this meetup giving a short talk this 25th Feb (Wednesday), 7pm. One is about Sales Coaching:

"Are you struggling with differentiating yourself in the marketplace? Are you challenged with attracting your ideal clients? Do you find it difficult gaining the trust of prospects? Have you ever tried getting a 'mentor', in-house training, seminars, workshops, books, cds, dvds ..... and are still struggling?

Tom Abbott was formerly an agent with C.S.T Consultants Inc. (exclusive distributor of the Canadian Scholarship Trust Plan). He has successfully closed almost every sale and maintained 100% client retention over several years.

Tom Specialized in working with SoHo entrepreneurs to increase their sales and speaks to organizations on the topic of Small Office Home Office sales. Tom is also a contributor to The Globe and Mail's 'Mentor Minute' and teaches 'Sales Strategies' at Sprott-Shaw Business College in Vancouver (BC) Canada.

Tom is the president and founder of SoHo Sales Coaching, creator of the SoHo Sales Fundamentals group sales coaching program, as well as SuperHost Facilitator. Tom has been helping SoHo entrepreneurs better position themselves in a sea of competitors and create customer value resulting in more sales since 1999."

The next talk is about 'Appreciating & Investing in Art':

"Robert G Polce is a Benefactor and is involved in charitable giving of rare art and artifacts from his private collection to institutions internationally. Robert has a passion for art and art collecting and has extensive collections of Hindu and Buddhist Stone Sculptures, Tribal and Ethnographic Art from Indonesia and Papua New Guinea as well as South East Asian Contemporary Art. Robert is a pioneer in the Art Investment field. He is the founding partner of the Singapore based art fund registered as Strategic Art Fund LLP and is a sought after speaker and considered an expert in his field.

Outline of this talk:

- How to buy the right art piece.
- Where to BUY and where to SELL
- History of Art Investing
- How and Why Art Appreciates

Who should attend:

- Anybody who loves Double Digit Returns and wants to learn the 'art' of of appreciating art.
- Anyone who wants to invest in Art and make smart decisions
- Anybody who wants to learn how to spot a good artist with potential, learn how to support their work and make money at the same time".

There will Q & A after each session.

Cost of attending this workshop: $10/-. Food and drinks will be provided. I would suggest that those able to attend be absolutely free on that night so as not to distract anyone. Imagine one of the speaker was speaking when suddenly, a person has to leave... Anyway, I am combining my 3 meetup groups for this event so do bring along namecards for networking.
