Without any automation, dev ops can add unnecessary work to a small development team, and decrease uptime. Jeff Hudson will be speaking about how to automate dev ops in the context of a start up or small team, and how to strike a balance between dev ops automation and over-automation. We'll touch on CI, infrastructure as code and keeping infrastructure under source control, deployment, and logs and metrics.
