Join environmentalists, startups, technologists and change-makers as Green Drinks and Startup SB come together to present Startup Green Drinks! Get to know the Santa Barbara Santa Barbara environmental and entrepreneurial communities and meet local companies changing the way we think about how business and the environment interact.
Santa Barbara is becoming a center for tech focused ideas that solve energy problems. We’ll meet two companies, EV Match and Next Energy Technology that are focusing their efforts at developing technology that will change the way energy is created and consumed.
Companies and innovators in the Santa Barbara and The Central Coast area are also expanding efforts to collaborate around energy, technology, and environmental focused solutions. We’ll also hear from the Community Environmental Council about CEC's partnership with LACI (the Los Angeles Clean-Tech Incubator) and new initiatives and roles driving clean tech innovation in the area.

The Community Environmental Council (CEC) is an environmental nonprofit focused on moving the Santa Barbara region away from fossil fuels and energy-intensive products. Our mission is to identify, advocate for, raise awareness about, and develop effective programs to solve the most pressing environmental issues that affect the Santa Barbara region.
