Stay Juicy is about building community, support, and fostering lasting friendships along the way. We aim to inspire authentic wellness (not perfection) to live your very best life. This is about giving yourself the permission to dive into the juicyness of all aspects of life, both mind and body. You will find all sorts of events like our infamous Breakfast or Salad in A Jar parties where we make delicious and healthy meals together, monthly happy hour called “Wine and Wellness” to decompress and enjoy indulging in a glass or 2, or three, or 4…

You’ll also find Health talks where you can learn more about health for you and your family from some of the leading specialists in their field and other local leaders speaking on topics around all the things we need to create optimal wellness in our community to be our greatest selves like Financial Empowerment, Fitness, Nutrition, Family and Parenting, Activism, etc.

You can also look forward to other fun events like dance, bowling, checking out new restaurants, going to the movies, Fairy Parties, workshops, meditations, and more! Most of our events are free or low cost, and family friendly!

Self-Care It Up (or Down!): Meditation Time

Kundalini Yoga

Self-care is important! Time to get centered and decompress at the end of your work week. Join us at this guided meditation paired with a gong bath from 7-8 pm at Kundalini Yoga Denver. Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher Pam Ewald/Sangeeta Kaur will guide us through a meditation followed by a deep healing sound journey. Please bring your own yoga mat and cushion as supplies are limited. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure a spot as the center fills quickly. Recommended Donation: $15 See you there! Stay Juicy!

Salad In A Jar Party!

Here at Stay Juicy, we know that meal prep is the most effective way to stick to healthy choices throughout the week. Join us as we get prepped for meals by creating easy, nutrient dense salads to make healthy living easy! This is how it works: Bring 3-5 big mason jars for yourself and ONE or TWO ingredient(s), already prepared - chopped and ready to dish out, along with bowls and servings spoons to share. ***Please comment in the comment section what items you plan to bring.*** We will each throw our favorite ingredients into mason jars, pot-luck style, and go home with a boat-load of nutrient-dense, easy lunches for a week! Claim one of these items, or anything else (just keep in mind that it needs to be sturdy enough to last a few days in the jar with the other ingredients)... Greens (Spinach, lettuces, kale, chard, cabbage, herbs) Grated carrots Celery Grape or Cherry Tomato Red Onion Green Onions Cucumbers Cauliflower Cabbage Quinoa Sunflower Seeds Zucchini Bell Peppers Berries (black, blue, rasp, straw) - but NOT over-ripe Potatoes (boiled and cubed) Grated beets Grated/Diced Brocoli Grated radishes Sprouts Pears Canned or cooked Beans (edamame, chickpeas, black beans, kidney, etc) Cooked quinoa or brown rice Steamed broccoli or cauliflower Grilled veggies (zuke, eggplant, peppers) Sweet potato cubes Nuts and seeds Tofu cubes Raisins, cranberries or other dried fruit Apples Hard boiled eggs Frozen edamame Peas Corn Let's SKIP the squishier items (or save them for last minute additions) like: mushrooms avocado anything over-ripe (like those raspberries from Costco that seem to be always right on the edge) meat (canned tuna, leftover chicken) cheese (feta, goat, mozarella cubes)
