What is Streetease?

Streetease is a form of dance using elements of dance/fitness and sweat while getting a FUN workout! Our classes use elements of Pilates, dance technique, stretch, music and cutting edge choreography.

Streatease is the newest dance craze to hit Southern California. It is a combination of hip hop, street, jazz, pilates, funk, cardio striptease and burlesque. This one hour class of low impact, aerobic tease will stimulate your mind, body and soul while focusing on body alignment and self confidence. Class F.A.Q.'s:

What do I bring to a Streetease class?
Great question! Bring high heels and/or tennis shoes. Most ladies dance barefoot and end the class in high heels. For beginner heel dancers, wear high heels with an ankle strap or boots that protect the heel.  Also, bring an OPEN mind and SPIRIT and get ready to feel sexy!

What do I wear to a Streetease class?
Wear any moveable outfit in which you feel comfortable.  Most ladies wear tight leggings(capri's are best) or shorts on the bottom and a Streetease tank top or any tank.  T-shirts are not the greatest for this workout. Ribbed tanks work great!

How can I get Streetease to my dance studio or fitness facility?
Email us! We'd love to come to your neighborhood! Write to us at [masked]. We're growing and love to hear that ladies want us near them.

How may I become a Streetease Fitness and Dance Instructor?
We are currently hiring! Yay! Please email us the follow to: [masked] - Full body photo, Dance and/or Fitness Resume and a short 200 or more on why you'd love to teach Streetease Fitness at your facitlity. Thank you and we SO look forward to speaking with you!
