As a Certified Strength Coach, my mission is to convince people that would never step foot in a weight room that the impossible is possible!

  • This crash course aims to improve your understanding of strength and boost your confidence in lifting weights.
  • The small group setting allows for proper hands-on coaching.
  • The gym is equipped to meet you where you're at, and don't worry, this is an intro class and no heavy or dangerous weights will be lifted!
  • I will explain to you a few basic concepts of strength training, then we'll dive right into it and I will teach you 3 fundamental movements: the Squat, the Press and the Deadlift.
  • At the end I will give you your first programming tools to be able to train on your own. Although coaching is a huge benefit to your training, my goal is for more people to discover the benefits of strength!
  • Bring comfortable clothes (leggings, cotton t-shirt, loose sweatpants or shorts, flat or hard-sole shoes)
  • Coffee, water, changing room and toilet are available at the facility

ANYONE can participate and benefit from this course!**
The crash course is FREE, but a voluntary contribution is allowed.
