It's so exciting to organise the first Meetup for this group!
This will be our first meeting where we can get to know each other, create meaningful connections and talk about where this group will be going.
Who is this for?
Any woman who is feeling emotionally burnt out and is ready to stop feeling this way. More specifically it is for women who are struggling with the competing priorities of family, career, aspirations, self care and generally just doing #allthethings - and instead of feeling like they’re winning at life, they’re feeling like they’re doing everything by halves and run down as a result
- Wanting to stop feeling stressed, exhausted and burnt out?
- Wanting to feel ‘in the moment’ and not distracted by all the head chatter and mental to do lists?
- Wanting to stop the self doubt and start feeling more confident and ‘together’?
- Wanting to feel calm, happy and in control everyday?
Well, then THIS is the MeetUp for YOU. We will be opening up the discussion on all things related to why you’re feeling emotionally burnout and what strategies you can use to claim more calm and order in your life instead.
Connections will be made, stories told, tips shared. This will be a group of women who only want to support each other to live their best lives.
