Our Saturday Program (5–7pm) is a relaxed, welcoming space to nourish the heart and mind.
We begin with kīrtan, a call-and-response mantra meditation—followed by a practical, uplifting discussion on living the wisdom of yoga in everyday life.
We close by sharing a free vegetarian dinner prepared with care.
Whether you’re curious about meditation or looking for community, you’ll find friendly faces and a peaceful atmosphere. All are welcome.
