cactus recycling, http://www.cactus...­, is a commercial  
recycler that will accept your clean, sorted recycling as a donation.   
they take SO MUCH more than the curbside programs:  all plastic bags,  
"film" plastic, blister packaging, all #s of plastic containers &  
formed styrofoam packaging (not peanuts) along with the easy-to- 
recycle stuff like paper, glass, & metals.  they are in chula vista  
near brown field.  i know that they are trying to get a buyback center  
in east county but not just yet...
