Okay, it's time to put away your summer clothes and home decor and get with the season. As you go through your stuff (and don't forget to look in your storage areas), I bet you will find things you haven't used in the past year and probably never will. So bring it to the swap! One gal's trash is another gal's treasure.

Swappers get half of a 3-foot table to display items. (Clothing can be hung separately on our clothing rack.) You'll get one ticket for each item you bring - up to 30 items. Your tickets are your currency for swapping.

When you arrive, claim some table space as yours, set it up and come tell me or DJ how many items you brought with you to get your tickets. Also please get a name badge. Then you'll be given some blue painter's tape and sharpie marker to "tag" the items others have brought that you would like to have. It's okay if there's already a tag on the item; you can still tag it. That means we'll have a bidding war and that's really fun!

Please bring a snack or appetizer to share. I'll bring cold beverages and also provide plates, plastic ware, and napkins.

Set up: 7:00-7:15 (Doors are open as early as 6:30)

Shop, mingle & eat 7:15-7:30

Swap starts at 7:30 sharp and we're usually done around 8:30

Looking forward to another fun evening!

NOTE: Meetup fee is $2 per person to cover the cost of the room and Organizer's monthly fees.

Many thanks to D.J. for assisting me with the swap process and keeping it moving along. Thanks also to Kristina who often stays behind to help us pack up the stuff swappers leave behind to be donated. And a big thanks to Larissa for taking what's left behind to The Salvation Army!
