Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe space for all of our attendees, speakers, and volunteers.

All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our meetups are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Team members will enforce this code throughout the event. We are expecting cooperation from all participants to help ensuring a safe environment for everybody.

Our meetups are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, ability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or socioeconomic status. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery, sexist, racist, and exclusionary jokes, and acts that insult or belittle other event attendees are not appropriate for any parts of our events, including talks, workshops, Twitter, and other online media.

If any attendee, speaker, or volunteer engages in behavior which is harassing or discriminatory in any way, they may be sanctioned or expelled from this meetup and/or any future meetups, at the discretion of the meetup organizers.

If you are being harassed, notice someone else that is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact an organizer immediately. Organizers can be identified by neon "Organizer" nametags. If you prefer, you can complete a short form, which allows you to remain anonymous. Any information you choose to share will be seen only be the organizers who are directly involved with resolving the issue.

**We would like to thank Women Who Code, from whom we draw pieces of our code of conduct.

We organize SLUG in service of the Swift developer community! Pursuant to this goal, our events, meetup pages, and event comments are a recruiting-free zone, and no commercial activity is allowed. We ask that you do not post about other events or paid activities without our prior permission.
