I’ve booked a table for 4 as the place is tiny.

“Lazy Thinking is a restaurant, bar and a record store that sells only independent Australian music. We run a full dinner and snack menu Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday and an expanded menu Fridays and Saturdays.

Our kitchen doesn’t use gas or charcoal, as we think it’s better for our staff and the planet. Our menu is highly seasonal, constantly changing and focuses on some of our favourite, lesser known casual dishes from around the world, seafood, native ingredients and seasonality.

We only stock independent beer and low intervention wines from Australian producers and always ensure we have a very wide range of non alcoholic drinks on offer. We think bars are more than just places to drink alcohol now and we want our little place to reflect this.

Our record store focuses exclusively on new independent Australian music, with a heavy emphasis on new music from Eora/Sydney. We’re especially fond of labels and artists operating on the margins of contemporary music and also always stock a wide range of new merch from labels and artists we love”
