We meet in the foyer at reception of Tower 1. Any trouble, do call on me on[masked] or Dylan on[masked] 460." Our regular meet. Come one, come all! First we meet at Google for the night's structured program: 1. Discussion topic: Wikipedia as a collaborative editing-ontology tool to be held by Igor Kryltsov. Background reading:
http://fgiasson.com/b... 2. Presentation: Microsoft talks about their new analytics software. Then as last time, we'll head to the Dundee Arms - 161 Sussex St, Sydney for dinner and drinks. See you there!

perhaps have only one speaker per meeting so that we're not rushed for time, and gives space for more people to socialise afterwards -- meeting and talking to such an interesting array of individuals in one location over drinks is half the fun.

Good contrast of demo/tools and abstract problem presentation and concepts. Both great talks in different ways.

Thought the first talk was a bit miss-sold. Not a bad talk, really, but not quite what was advertised.
