Brand is the most powerful tool a business can have. Startups, however, cannot approach branding the same way as big corporations. And lack of resources is only half the story. More often than not, it’s strategic thinking that holds them back from building a brand alongside their business.

One of tea’s aims is to make brand strategy accessible for entrepreneurs combining the lean methodology and established brand building tools.

We will be sharing some tips, tricks and challenges to look out for when thinking about building, implementing and nurturing the brand of a startup.

About Erika

Co-founder of tea agency with an MSc in Brand Leadership (UEA) and a BA Hons in Psychology (CUNY), New York. Erika is a culture nomad who has a knack for connecting with people and organisations alike to ensure their continuous growth.

Tea is a startup offering brand strategy to both local and international entrepreneurs, SMEs and NGOs. It’s rounded with the technical/design problem solving skills of Tu Nguyen (Vietnam), and tactical insights of Alina Veselaya (Russia), both MSc Brand Leaders with previous work experience at big brand agencies in London.

Together, they set up tea to not only democratise brand strategy but make it a sustainable tool driving long term business goals from the start.
