One hour yoga class which includes warm ups, postures, relaxation, pranayama.
Followed by mantra meditation and discussion on yoga.
Saturday at 5 to 7 pm. Please bring your own yoga mat. Please don't have a full meal two hours before the class.
The entrance is on the left side of the building. Take the elevator to the third floor #32.
