This group is for anyone interested in the magic of nature, mindfulness, well-being and reconnecting with themselves and nature. Nature Coaching utilizes techniques from life/health coaching and shinrin-yoku (forest bathing). Our meetings will consist of activities that will help us develop our senses, gain greater clarity and focus, and increase our capacity for being present, and connecting with others and the world around us.
Please bring with you plenty of water, a journal and something to write with, and an intention for our time together. Paper and a writing board will be supplied if you do not have a favorite journal. Please wear comfortable and protective clothing and bring a sun hat, sun block and good quality shoes, but be prepared to take them off ;)
