Dear Tai Chi members:

Please note that there will NOT be a meetup/class this coming Sunday, on March 23. Happy Easter!

We had a great practice and class at our last meetup on the 16th. We welcomed two new members and they showed great interest in learning more about Tai Chi.

It's always exciting to see that more and more people found out about us. We're inspired by the progress in the Tai Chi learning of our members. They told us that they have been practicing every day. Way to go, you don't need to do a lot but 15-20 minutes of the daily practice will go a long way. Tai Chi, as we all know, can increase strength, flexibility and coordination, it can also reduce stress and anxiety. Believe it or not, it can burn almost the same calories as downhill skiing!

So keep on practicing. We look forward to seeing you in two weeks, on March 30.
