Tai Chi Fundamentals Workshop -- Martial Arts Orientation

Momentum Fitness

$50.00

There are still broad misconceptions of Tai Chi in the U.S.: that it is reserved for seniors practicing in the park: it is somewhat not a “robust” martial arts; etc. This workshop will change your perception of Tai Chi as self-defense martial art. You will experience the traditional Tai Chi fundamentals while building your own Tai Chi foundation, which is different from other martial arts, such as boxing, kick boxing, Karate. My grandfather taught me the drill when I was seven years old. Two decades later, I still repeat it as the indispensable starter for my daily practice. Every time I thought I got it, I discovered later there was a deeper layer. It seems to me that there is no ending to the fundamental drill. The beginning is at the same time the ending. Practice per se is perfect. Early bird price: $50 (before June 12th) (including full access to all amenities and use of any equipment in the gym after or before the class) Regular price: $60 (including full access to all amenities and use of any equipment in the gym after or before the class) For booking, please go to https://www.taichiray.com/sign-up-for-events For more info, please go to https://www.taichiray.com/groupclass/2019/6/6/tai-chi-fundamentals-workshop-martial-arts-orientation-june-28th *The location may be changed depending on the number of attendees.
