    We will meet in Hargrove Plaza at the Virginia War Memorial on the "river/skyline" side of the Shrine of Memory. Please dress in layers Tai Chi can change our temperature sensations quickly. Free parking is available in the Memorial Parking Lot. Please download the Team RWB app and check the night before after 8pm in case the event is cancelled due to weather.

    This is not your traditional Tai Chi class! We take traditional Tai Chi movements and stack them in a flowing combination that does not follow a specific form or routine. Great for beginners!

    Just follow along - there's nothing to memorize or get right (or wrong!). This workout is a great way to reduce stress and build strength and balance. So Let Go and Flow with Mo. :)

    Tai Chi is an evidence-based, simple, and DRUG-FREE treatment option for PTSD, depression, chronic pain, suicidal thoughts, and much more…this program has no age, physical fitness, or coordination requirements. It may be taken seated or standing. Loved ones are welcome to accompany their Veterans.

    TaijiFit it the network provider for this program. TaijiFit means “T’ai Chi for Exercise.” In a TaijiFit class, there are no moves to learn or "get right.” The style of movement and the theories of energy, alignment, balance and flow all come from original traditional Tai Chi.

    TaijiFit is a class designed to guide participants to find, maintain or restore the FLOW state, where body and breath come together to create a sense of peace/bliss and many mind/body/emotion/spirit benefits.
