Take a Hike! @ Sugarloaf Mountain (White Rocks)
Details
This week we’re trying a new variation of our Sugarloaf Mountain hike - a scenic out-and-back hike to White Rocks! This 3.5-hour, moderately challenging route includes about 869 feet of elevation gain as we make our way to one of Sugarloaf’s best overlooks. Come enjoy a morning of fresh air, great views, and friendly company while getting outdoors, getting some exercise, meeting new people, and sharing a memorable experience with a great group.
We’ll meet at the West View Parking Lot (check the map pin for the exact location) and head out on a 4.4-mile out and back route that takes about 3.5 hours. We’ll hike at a comfortable pace to White Rocks, with time to chat and enjoy the trail, then take a break at the overlook before heading back to the trailhead.
After the hike, you’re invited to join us for a casual lunch at the Comus Beer Garden. It’s a great chance to relax, enjoy some good food and drinks, and get to know everyone a little better after the hike.
We’re excited to have you join us! Be sure to wear your hiking shoes, bring water, and pack your positive energy. Let’s make this a fun and refreshing fall day together!
