About Felicia Tan, Author of Lost and Found: A Mother's Memoir on Finding Faith Through Loss (http://happinesswithinyourreach.com/)"
Felicia Tan is an ordinary girl with a simple dream -- to be able to raise a family and spend time with her children. After getting married in 2004, she planned her life towards having a family of her own. However, things didn't go as as planned. After encountering two miscarriages, she came to realise that she could plan to the best of her ability, but whatever happens lies in God's hands.
Fresh from being a panellist at a recent book event, Felicia is an optimistic person who believes that the best is yet to come and she is preparing herself to be ready for it. To have conceived and then twice miscarried, and to embrace the outcomes and try again is to make a choice. Some may say that her story is sad and depressing, and some may even say it is hopeless. However, Felicia's message is that everyone has a choice: to stay positive and be happy; or dwell in self-pity and be sad.
Felicia has been running her own graphic design firm for 8 years. She has a Diploma from Singapore Polytechnic, and is also the author of To Baby With Love. She has also been featured in several online and print parenthood magazines.
