As always, it is entirely free and will offer great family fun. April 13, 2013, 6th Annual Peace In The Park, Come celebrate the 6th Annual Peace In The Park Festival. April 16, 2013, Celebrating our Faith:  and Interfaith Service for Pride, 7:00pm to 8:00pm   For the sixth consecutive year, local congregations and faith communities will hold an Interfaith service as one of Tallahassee’s Pride Week events.  An Interfaith service for LGBT Pride is an important show of support, to let people know that there are places where they may worship and feel welcome.  Alliances of people of many faiths, backgrounds and sexual orientations may spark a spiritual renewal within the LGBT community.  The Red Hills Pagan Council is a participating faith group.  Temple Israel, 2215 Mahan Drive, Tallahassee

 

The service is part of Tallahassee PrideFest, a week-long series of events running from April 14 –20, produced by The Family Tree, Tallahassee’s LGBT community center.  For more information, visit www.tallahasseepride.com.

 

April 20, 2013, Pride in the Park , 12pm - 6pm  - An all-day celebration of pride for the entire family at Kleman Plaza in downtown Tallahassee.  Features food and business vendors, community organizations, a main stage with live entertainment and a Kids Zone with a jump-house and kid-friendly activities.  The Red Hills Pagan Council will have a booth at this event.

We'll be dancing the night away and we'll have a cash bar.   This year we wanted to make the Ball as enjoyable and affordable as possible so that we can all celebrate the spirit of Beltane, without breaking the bank!  .  Come one, come all and let's be merry!  At the American Legion Hall, 229 Lake Ella Drive

 

May 3, 2013 - 6:00pm - 9:00pm - First Friday Gallery Hop - Railroad Square.  Join thousands of locals for FF where most of the shops and studios are open for this lively event. Live music is played at several locations throughout the Park.  Some of the galleries offer refreshments and hors d'oeuvres. Larger galleries may feature exhibits from a variety of artists while smaller ones display their own new works.
