Argentine Fundamentals Classes every Thursday at 7:30pm

Michael Voris and Eunkyung Na will be teaching an Argentine Tango fundamentals class every Thursday night starting July 31st, 2025, at Palm Harbor Dancesport. 2710 Palm Harbor Blvd, Suite 201. Palm Harbor, FL.
Cost: Class $15, Practica $15, both $25
The Fundamentals class is for all levels and requires no partner. The class is personalized to the attendants, but the emphasis is on the fundamentals of the tango embrace, leader/follower connection, fluidity, and musicality. Mike Voris & Eunkyung Na have been dancing tango together for more than 15 years and have studied with the best instructors from Argentina. Argentine tango is not a rigid style of dance. It allows dancers to develop their own style (within the basic parameters of the dance). Mike & Eunkyung emphasize building essential skills and knowledge, enabling students to dance comfortably and improvise with their partner. The emphasis is NOT on learning patterns or sequences.
The class is followed by a guided practica starting at 8 pm, led a highly experienced dancer and teacher. At a guided practica tango music is played and participants can just dance or they can practice with the assistance of experienced teacher.
