The Tampa Bay Ukulele Society (TBUS) and the Pasco Public Library are hosting a Free Introductory Beginner Ukulele Workshop at the Hugh Embry Branch Library in Dade City at 4:00 pm as part of their Library Lending Program. Learn all about ukuleles...the different sizes, how to hold, tune, strum, play chords and some songs. This is the first of a series of 3 free ukulele workshops that will be held at this library branch.

Open to Adults and kids in 4th grade or higher.

The next class will be a Free Advanced Beginner Workshop on Jan 29th. On Feb 5th the class will be a Free Strum & Sing Jam Class. All classes will start at 4:00pm.

TBUS will give you all the information for your continued education, including local teachers, TBUS events, and online resources. It's fun and it's FREE!!! We will have you playing songs in 5 minutes! If you have a ukulele please bring it. If you don't, no problem. TBUS will have a limited number of ukuleles available at the workshop. The library also has ukuleles you can check out with your library card.
