Christina has been practicing yoga for over 20 years exploring a range of hatha styles with different teachers. She completed the Anusara yoga teacher training and now teaches an alignment-based flowing hatha yoga with focus on connection using the breath. Classes are in English/French depending on the participants.
Anusara means “open to Grace”. It is a joyful creative practice that aims to foster a positive attitude, harnessing the energy and the inherent power and goodness in each and every one of us.
When not practicing yoga Christina continues to explore how we experience our mind body and breath through tai chi and dancing tango.
