Who's your favorite Doctor, and why?

Ten is my favorite. Part of that is simply the brilliance of David Tennant. He brought such enthusiasm to the role. There is something so cool for me as a fan about an actor being cast to play the lead role in a show he loved since childhood. I love his doctor because he is capable of making me crack up (in laughter) and at other times he is able to make me sob. We see how deeply Ten feels everything, good and bad, which highlights both his strength and his fragility. This dual nature of the Doctor--the man who loves life and humanity but who has also suffered so much--feels strongest to me in Ten. Plus I loved the people he surrounded himself with: Donna, Rose, Captain Jack, Martha, Mickey, Wilf, Jackie. Also on a purely shallow note, I have a thing for men in glasses and Ten certainly knows how to wear a pair of glasses.

Who are your favorite Whoniverse monsters?

I love the Ood. They can be scary but also oddly & eerily beautiful and haunting. The Silence are terrifying as are the Angels. The adipose are adorable even if the thought of what they really are is gross. The Vashta Nerada are perhaps the scariest of all to me. I tend to fear that which I cannot see more than what I can. Although I appreciate the Daleks and the Cybermen, I do find them less scary as a general rule.
