How did you hear about the Chicago Tea Lover's Meetup Group?

Just searched for tea meetup groups in Chicago.

Where is your favotite place to get tea?

TeaGschwendner is great, though I've gotten some great teas from Adagio as well. Pars Persian in Andersonville also has some wonderful stuff.

What kind of meetup are you most interested in?

I'd love to get the chance to go to some tea-related educational events/seminars? Any chance to learn more about tea is awesome.

What tea kind of tea event would you be most interested in?

See above! Tea tastings are great too.

What is your favorite tea?

I have a buttermilk lemon black tea that I picked up from TeaG recently. Absolutely delicious, both hot and iced.

Introduction

I'm actually quite new to tea. Originally, I decided to try drinking it as a substitute for my usual diet soda. After trying my first cup of loose-leaf tea, I was in love. I'm a complete newbie to the world of tea, but having so much fun learning.
