This event is open to both male and females. The aim is to encourage more women to get involved in the tech industry and to educate and raise awareness of the great work women are doing in this male-dominated sector.

Diversity, especially gender diversity in technology has never had a greater amount of investment and attention. So why is so little ground being made? This session will look at the impact individuals are having in the West Midlands technology scene through diverse education and outreach initiates. We'll also examine how individuals can become involved in these initiates or through informal mentorship and education activities.
