Although not a small business owner, I see the presentations as being very helpful to that targeted group. I attended simply to hear more about HR services outside of the traditional corporate HR department. I enjoyed the entire workshop and believe the presentations offered a relevant, practical content. One disappointment/concern related to audience. A gentleman directly behind me and directly in front of me worked on their laptops the entire workshop and the clicking and flashing screens were very distracting. I was annoyed but I felt bad for the presenters even more!
