- Marco Sanchez Junco, Support Engineer Manager & Moderator
Marco's sun is in pisces in the eleventh house, which means he is here to create strong and meaningful connections in the realm of technology and the cutting edge. What better place to do this than at a user analytics company? On Mixpanel's Support Engineer team, Marco helps customers understand their users to create better products. He grew up in Jalisco, Mexico.
- Alberto Forero, Principal Interaction Designer - Analytics at Splunk
Alberto enjoys making complex things easier to use, and loves finding insights in data, (especially genetic, historical, or linguistic data). He has also worked with Lending Club, Linden Lab, Square USA; created illustrations for The New Yorker, and Waxpoetics; and taught at NYU's Interactive Telecommunications Program. He is Colombian-American.
- Ana Medrano, People Analytics at Grand Rounds, Inc.
Joining Uber in 2014 meant joining one of the fastest growing startups in history. It was a place where data and numbers really drove decision-making. In hyper-growth, a hunch could quickly become a story to share. Now, Ana works as the People Analytics Lead at Grand Rounds, where she can combine her passions for quality healthcare with those for people, data and storytelling to partner with leadership to develop employment strategies. Ana is Guatemalan.
- Victor Ramirez, Associate Director DevOps Architect (Head of Infrastructure Delivery)
Currently Software DevOps Architect @Moody’s Analytics, studied Computer Science at San Francisco State University and went into Software Release Management, first with Leap Frog and then Streamline Solutions. He now works in DevOps, concentrating in Continuous Deliver and Cloud Architecture for Moody’s Analytics.
