Let go of the week and embrace the weekend with your weekly Manifestation Meditation!
Kiki will guide you into a deep and refreshing 60 minute meditation for rejuvenation, empowerment, inner strength, gratitude, and intention! We will begin the first 10-15 minutes journaling on the things we would like to manifest and accomplish for ourselves as we honor ourselves throughout the weekend and welcome in the new week.
Kiki will meditate and find which area in our lives we should be concentrating our energies on to manifest most powerfully. The goal is that if we all are manifesting in the same area of our lives, with our combined energy in one space, we will combine efforts and manifest together very powerfully. After journaling our manifestation intentions, Kiki will guide you into a deep meditation for the next 45 minutes where we connect with divine energy to help us in manifesting what we have asked and then set it free to the universe. Wear something comfy and be prepared to leave your shoes at the door! Positive attitudes only please. This class welcomes meditators at all levels of practice. Please bring a piece of paper you are content parting with and something to write with. We have soft yoga mats and pillows you can sit on.
