The breath is oxygen. However, mixed with our intention, it is also life, light, and love. By working with the breath, we breathe ourselves more fully to life, increasing health and inner knowing. While there are many forms of breathwork around today, Clarity Breathwork is a divine feminine form, bringing gentleness and also the fierce wisdom of embracing all that arises. It is accessible, safe, and also extremely powerful, encouraging us to practice forgiveness and deep self-love. It releases stress and toxins from the body, and limitations from our energy and mind. It can take us all the way back to our first breath, putting us in contact with the sacred tasks of this life.
In this circle, you will learn the technique of Clarity Breathwork. There will be time for inquiry, helping you more deeply understand the next step in your healing and growth, and then a full session of breathing and time to share. This circle is perfect for those trying breathwork for the first time and for those with experience. Each individual will be supported to work with what is arising for them. Whether you come with something in particular to heal or are drawn forward by a curiosity for the mysteries of self and reality, this will be a sweet space to explore. Laura Fuller, M.A., C.Ht. is a writer, therapist, yoga teacher and somatic educator who has studied body, mind and spirit healing arts for twenty years. She has a Bachelors in World Arts and Cultures from UCLA, a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and is a certified hypnotherapist, a certified therapeutic imagery practitioner, a Clarity Breathwork Practitioner and a somatic-based therapist. From each lineage, Laura seeks to draw connections and goes forward to find the missing pieces. The direction is towards wholeness and harmony–for each individual and the world. She is grateful to share the powerful tool of the breath to help people heal and connect to deeper wisdom.
