This is our annual session on pulling together our best prices and contractors for building materials and systems. Everyone comes with their "Rolodex" of contractors and suppliers with best pricing on everything from roofing, gutters, appliances, windows, doors, flooring, concrete, decking, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, garage doors, landscaping materials, hauling, staging, and much more. We go through a cost estimating proforma as a guide and pull from everyone's experiences. It's very interactive, you'll be taking copious notes! With the price fluctuations we've seen over the last year or two, this is an opportunity to get your hands around costs TODAY.
