To be successful, testers need a very broad skillset. As technologies evolve, so does the testing profession. Testing is no longer considered an execution only activity; it encompasses process, tools, metrics, technology and other activities. This talk will describe three of the essential skills that today’s testers need to succeed, Technical ability, communication skills, and a unique mindset.
