Biker Bill in Keene sent this to me a few days ago. I thought I had already proposed that we utilize this strategy locally.  
I guess you beat me too it!  

Keene claimes it has "cost" them 4000 tickets.  Can you imagine the revenue impact in SF?   Megabucks!!
