Fun, energy, creativity, curiosity & enthusiasm are what this group is all about!

Why? Well because when the mind is sufficiently slowed down, these (and maybe more) are always on tap and available whenever you need them.

As I stumbled and fumbled my way through life's challenges, I found that:

  • Personality is shaped by past events. Which means it can be changed at will. Drop the story you've been selling yourself NOW!
  • Holding on to a preconceived idea about 'who am I?' (and pretending to be someone you are not) based on a story of the past is tremendously exhausting. Who cares about the story anyway?
  • The net result of the shenanigans that happen because of this pretentiousness is OVERTHINKING. Analysis paralysis and bad decisions are close cousins and are never far behind.

Which is why this group was created!

Drop the thinking

.... and what are you left with?

You are left with the things that matter more- an endless source of creativity, enthusiasm and curiosity. (Hint: It was always wth you. You were distracted for too long and got too wrapped up in THOUGHT to notice. It's kind of like a firefly desperately looking for a lamp).

Relax, and you will find an abundance of everything you need right with you whenever you need it.

Time is a truth, and nothing can be done to it. Most time management today is about 'fitting in' as much as possible. Teach yourself to slow down and tackle your priorities- One. At. A. Time.

  • Feeling down? Feeling low? All the motivation you ever need is with you. It's thought that is causing you to feel de- motivated. Too much thinking is tiring. Too many feelings leaves behind a cocktail of hormones for your body to deal with. Let go of this, and guess what takes it's place-
