We are hoping you can join us for this meetup, which will focus on developing emotional mastery.

In this session, we will discuss how emotions arise, how the ego amplifies internal turbulence, and how deeper presence can dissolve patterns of reactivity, fear, and anxiety.

Through reflection, discussion, and practical exercises, we’ll learn how to meet our internal states with clarity, spaciousness, and compassion.

This is not about “fixing” emotions, but expanding our capacity to remain centered and conscious as they move through us.
