• First, there will be a brief introduction and of the Sound of Soul.
• Next, you’ll hear a beautiful contemplation seed to inspire your journey.
• Then, participants will Chant HU (pronounced “hue”) for 15–20 minutes in a supportive environment.
• When the singing concludes, enjoy a few moments of quiet contemplation.
• Afterward, we will hold a meaningful spiritual conversation with others of like heart.
